787 Fellowship
Integrating Faith and Work From The Start
The 787 Fellowship is designed for emerging professionals who want to stop compartmentalizing their faith and take up God’s purposes in and through their daily work.
This year-long program brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries who are ready to wrestle with what it means to lead as Christians in today’s culture. Through monthly gatherings, theological training, professional development and one-on-one mentoring, participants develop both the biblical foundation and practical skills needed to make a difference in their workplaces and communities.
The program creates space for honest conversations about career decisions, cultural challenges, and leadership dilemmas, all through the lens of faith. Participants don’t just learn theory; they’re challenged by seasoned leaders who’ve walked this path and build authentic relationships with peers facing similar questions.
The result is a generation of leaders who see their work as ministry and are equipped to demonstrate what faith-driven leadership looks like in Austin.

Does it cost anything to be in the fellowship?
We request a $30/month donation to help cover costs of food, materials and supplies.
Is there an application process?
Yes, first step is to fill out this interest form. You will be contacted by a staff member to schedule a call to briefly talk through the program and your goals. Then you will fill out an application. Then a second interview with at least two staff members to dive deeper into goals and details of the fellowship. If staff members agree you would be a good fit into the cohort your will be admitted and sign a commitment spelling out the time commitment and expectations. The reason for the multi-steps is to make sure there is clear communication and expectation around the purposes of the fellowship.
Will you find me a job?
No, unfortunately that is not part of the fellowship but we can talk about what the Lord says about that and walk with you as you look for a new job.
How long does the fellowship last?
Approximately 9 months – September through May.
How many people are in a cohort typically?
The cohorts roughly average about 12-15.
What happens once the fellowship is done?
We hope and pray that your cohort will continue to gather and talk either in person or digitally. We will also occasionally have events and seminars that will be offered to you to build on what you have already started.
