787 Fellowship

This program is for rising leaders who are thinking:
  • “I sense a calling on my life to leadership and don’t want to go at it alone.”
  • “I feel ready to give God everything, including my career and work.”
  • “I want to learn from and be challenged by faithful perspectives different from my own.”
  • “I’m ready to explore what impact God’s people could have in our city if we no longer compartmentalized our faith.”

Align your vision for life and work with God’s will.

Most Christians rightly sense that there’s more to work before they’re able to verbalize this thought. Some feel purposeless in or discontent with their career paths. Many feel overwhelmed and anxious, questioning whether their work holds any significance to God. They desire to understand how being followers of Christ can make a difference in their professions.

Knowing God’s heart is at the center of a spiritually vibrant life.

Cultivating a faith that endures and prioritizing growth in character can be an uphill battle. But it starts with knowing and embracing God and His love for you. Our program provides space to wrestle with these ideas and put them into practice by exposure to theological training and a biblical worldview.

Work is a Kingdom assignment.

In our program, we explore the transformative power of viewing work as a kingdom assignment. We help leaders navigate spheres of influence in a rapidly changing culture by training them in cultural discernment. Our goal is for them to develop a vision for redemptive work that extends to both the workplace and the city.

Journeying together makes it possible.

We bring together leaders from diverse backgrounds, professions, and theological traditions for a rich peer community and learning. They benefit from other Christ-centered perspectives outside of their primary faith community and build unexpected friendships. Rising leaders hear from seasoned leaders and executives and process it all with a mentor who is further down the road.
